This service is designed for vacant spaces. If items are still present, we will do our best to work around them when possible. If extra time is needed, you will be notified during the service and additional charges may apply.
Access & entry
Share your entry details and how to lock up when we leave.
Supplies & product preferences
We bring all necessary materials and products. If you have a preference for what we use, or would like us to use something of yours, please let us know in advance. Our team may not always be able to accommodate last-minute requests on site.
Power must be available
Please make sure electricity is on before our arrival. If power is unavailable, we may be unable to complete the service and a cancellation charge may apply.
Oven cleaning pro tip
For the best results, run the self-cleaning cycle 4 to 6 hours before we arrive.
